Keenan Poloncsak has been book binding since 2013, apprenticing under Josée Roberge at ''L'Atelier Milles et Une Feuilles'' and Laura Shevchenko at ''The Bookbinder's Daughter'' in Montréal. He has since bound and restored hundreds of books including his own publications. In the fall of 2018, Keenan worked as an assistant bookbinder for the Library of Parliament of Canada for six consecutives months.

Since june 2020, he is the owner of the " The Bookbinder of the Faubourgs", formerly The Bookbinder's Daughter, a traditional bindery situated in the old borough of Faubourg à M'lasse, now known as Faubourg St-Marie (Montreal).

Keenan Poloncsak pratique la reliure d'art et d' édition depuis 2013, ayant été l'apprenti de Josée Roberge à ''L'Atelier Milles et Une Feuilles'' et de Laura Shevchenko à ''La Fille du Relieur'', à Montréal. Depuis, il a relié et restauré des centaines de livres incluant ses propres publications. En automne 2018, Keenan a été engagé comme assistant relieur pour la Bibliothèque du Parlement du Canada pendant six mois consécutifs.

Depuis juin 2020, il est propriétaire de l'atelier de reliure "Le Relieur des Faubourgs", auparavant La Fille du Relieur, situé dans l'ancien arrondissement du Faubourg à M'lasse et maintenant connu sous le nom du Faubourg St-Marie (Montréal)

In January 2026, two fine binding artist books (Views from the paper factory, Road trip Côte Nord and L'Île d'anticosti) by Keenan Poloncsak were chosen by the acquisition committee for single-print artists' books and art bindings from the Bibliothèque et Archives nationaux du Québec (BAnQ), one of which (Views from the paper factory) received a " jury's favorite" mention from the committee. These two books are available for consultation on site at the Bibliothèque et Archives nationaux du Québec (BAnQ) (Rosemont site).

En janvier 2026, deux livres d'art (Views from the paper factory, Road trip Côte Nord et L'Île d'anticosti) de Keenan Poloncsak ont été choisi par le comité d’acquisition des livres d’artistes à tirage unique et des reliures d’art de Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ), dont l’une (Views from the paper factory) a obtenu une mention « coup de cœur » du comité.
Ces deux livres sont disponible pour consultation sur place au Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ) (Site Rosemont).
